Talking Therapies

We are working in partnership with Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull NHS Talking Therapies to signpost people to their free NHS service to help individuals with mild, moderate and severe symptoms of anxiety and low mood.

As part of a national rebrand, Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull ‘Improving Access to Psychological Therapies’ (IAPT) service has now changed its name to NHS Talking Therapies

The service offers advice, information and therapy for people feeling stressed, anxious, low in mood or depressed.


The range of Psychological Therapies available include:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Working with a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

  • Counselling for Depression (CfD)

  • Couples Therapy for Depression (CTFD)

  • Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy


Self Referral

If you are currently registered with a GP in Coventry, Warwickshire or Solihull and are over the age of 16 years old you can self-refer by filling in the form via the link below.
