Our Events Venue
Our events venue ‘The Hideaway’ is in Snitterfield just outside Stratford-upon-Avon where we host our Team Building Events, Corporate Tree Planting and Volunteering Days. Download our Green Team Events flyer here for ideas on how your team can get outdoors and give back to the environment.
The base includes a five-acre green space which we are transforming into a biodiverse, wildlife rich nature reserve and off-grid facilities perfect for informal meetings, activities and catering.
Green Space
Our idyllic nature reserve is a beautiful space to breath and relax and provides a magnificent setting for outdoor green-themed team building activities on the lawn area.
We always welcome corporate volunteering groups to help create new areas and help to maintain the nature reserve.
The Picket Post
Our recently refurbished off-grid meeting space is fully furnished with a kitchen area and utility space. The Picket Post offers a sustainable meeting room with a view and provides shelter or shade to enjoy lunch during one of our green team building events.
BBQ Cabin
Our spacious and cosy 17m2 timber hut complete with central BBQ grill can comfortably seat 20+ adults. The cabin is the ideal place to warm up by the fire after a tree planting session in the winter or a relaxing spot in the summer to chill out whilst a BBQ is cooking on the grill.
Toilets
We have a sustainable eco-friendly compost toilet on site alongside the Picket Post building. Other toilet facilities are available within a 5 minute walking distance.

Parking: There is private parking on site for approximately 20 cars. Parking on site is free of charge.
Transport links: We are 3.1 miles (9 minute drive) away from Stratford-upon-Avon train station which is situated in the town centre (via Birmingham Rd/A3400).
Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway train station is 1.7 miles away (4 minute drive) via Birmingham Rd/A3400.
The X20 bus from NatWest Bank to Four Ashes Garage will then require a 10 minute walk (0.4 miles) via Gospel Oak Lane.
