Volunteering Day with Coca-Cola
A glorious day was spent at our nature site in Snitterfield with ten volunteers from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. The group joined us to get together from all corners of the country to enjoy the fresh air, immerse themselves in nature and complete useful tasks in a different setting to their usual day to day.
After refreshments and a briefing in our newly refurbished meeting space, we headed out into the sunshine to start our ‘to do list’. As a collective they managed to achieve so much during the day with tasks including; painting the shed and compost toilet, mowing the lawn areas, pulling up the Ragwort in the field, upcycling furniture, garden planting, water sealing brickwork and constructing gazebos.
As the saying goes ‘many hands make light work’ so we thank everybody who joined us to create such a positive different.
