GET OUTDOORS THIS WINTER

GET OUTDOORS is a new project supporting people in our local community with physical, mental and/or learning disabilities. Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund we welcome all people to join us at the polytunnel or online.

We are also making available a one day workshop to health and social care professionals so they can signpost clients.

Opportunities include walking, gardening, tree planting and virtual team fitness challenges. Join us at Stratford-Upon-Avon hospital every Friday at 11am and Tuesday at 10am to meet new people, develop new skills, do great work in the local community and to get outdoors!
