NFU Mutual Volunteers Help Out in Stratford Hospital Gardens

Volunteers from NFU Mutual joined us in the gardens we created and maintain at Stratford-upon-Avon Hospital as part of their employee volunteering programme and our ‘Help Out’ volunteering initiative. 

NFU Mutual have an employee volunteering programme that enables all of their employees to take time off work to support a good cause in their community and we were more than happy to facilitate a day where they could learn something new, meet different people, and make a difference.  

They did a great job constructing raised bed planters, tidying the gardens by weeding, strimming and hedge trimming and propagating plants from cuttings to grow in our polytunnel. 

We give thanks to the group for choosing us to help out and for making a positive difference.
