Green Therapy Labyrinth Making Workshop

We had an amazing day with our Green Therapy group, diving into the art of labyrinth making with a creative workshop from Richard Andrews. Richard showed us the ropes, sharing the fascinating history of labyrinths and tips on how to perfect our creations using his very own Labyrinth Maker Kit.

Everyone got involved, creating their own unique designs and got to work to put them together using pinecones and tiesels. It was such a relaxing and creative way to spend the morning. These labyrinths were the perfect way to put our learning into practice and kickstarted the planning of creating a permanent one at our nature reserve in the future.

Once we finished our masterpieces, we gathered around for a delicious lunch from Stratford-upon-Avon based Kusina Kitchen. The food was incredible and just what we needed after our hard work. As we enjoyed our meal, we chatted about our morning’s achievement and enjoyed the social side of what our Green Therapy group offers.

The session was a perfect blend of creativity, mindfulness, and tasty food. We're already looking forward to our next adventure together!
