The participants will be able to gain a qualification as they carry out the gardening activities needed to create and maintain the garden, which will grow fruit, vegetables and herbs for the hospital community wellbeing cafe.
The Forest of Hearts provides an innovative programme which embraces the environment, creativity, community based volunteering, skills sharing, social interaction and a positive coaching model to engage a group of people to work to a common purpose and provide mutual support to enhance wellbeing and make a real difference to people and the planet.
