Wipro partnership resumes for National Tree Week
We have resumed our partnership with Wipro who are helping us plant trees as part of our ‘Plant Trees Plant Hope’ campaign, where we are continuing with our aim to plant 2,021 trees in 2021 in a bid to build biodiversity, combat climate change and create green spaces in the local community.
Their generosity earlier in the year helped us plant 654 trees to start the creation of Barn Owl Wood at our 5-acre Field of Life and plant much needed hedgerow. Shortly after, we erected a barn owl box in a mature oak tree and made the amazing discovery of 6 Barn Owl chicks nesting.
As tree planting season is once again upon us, Wipro have kindly agreed to participate in a second donation matching campaign. This campaign sees their employees donate towards the planting of trees and Wipro match employee giving 1-to-1, multiplying the impact of each team member’s generosity.
Wipro are helping us leave a lasting legacy as we take climate action steps and give back to Mother Earth whilst helping us build our biodiverse, wildlife rich, sustainable green space.
