Ann is Managing Director of Wave-length Social Marketing CIC a profit for purpose organisation. She has been asked to join the Forest of Hearts Team in order to advise and help maximise social inclusion within all our projects.

Ann’s community interest company Wave-length has completed over 40 physical and social inclusion audits for organisations all over the UK with an aim to widen their audiences through essentially becoming more socially inclusive.  This has ranged from working with museums, art galleries, open visitor sites (inc. some National Trust sites) and many more diverse organisations including joining teams keen to improve existing sites or services, this has included a grade 1 listed town hall.

“I am thrilled to be joining the team, there are so many ways to make open spaces available to all, we know there is much evidence of the well-being value to engaging in outdoor activity, so it will be great to work with the Forest of Hearts Team to widen the opportunity to those who often face barriers social barriers to outside spaces and activities”
